CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
Check in time is from 14.00 hours and check-out time is at 12.00 noon. Extension of check-out time until 18.00 hours is subject to space availability and will be charged 50% one night rate. Check-out after 18.00 hours is subject to one night room charge.
NUMBERS IN PARTY AND CHILDREN POLICY
The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number of 2 adults.
EVENTS AND PARTIES
Normal booking are for vacation purposes, special permission must be obtained for functions where the number of the people in attendance exceeds 100% of villa capacity. Additional charge of one night villa rental rate is applied for events and parties functions. This doesn’t include the event organizer and the local community (‘Banjar’) fee.
PAYMENT POLICY
We require 50% deposit to be paid upon confirmation of booking and the final payment must be made 15 days prior to arrival. All payments must be made in IDR. Credit cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon cancellation, written notice by mail/ email must be received by William’s Place Bali no later than: 30 days prior to arrival date on Low season, 45 days prior to arrival date on High season and 60 days prior to arrival date on Peak season. Failure to adhere to the above policy will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
